The rooms were clean but that's about all. The location was close to tourist sites. If all you care about is a clean room near sites, this may be for you.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL about this hotel! The hotel staff was amazing they had anything that we needed, "A Big Shout-Out to Lacey and Corina", they made our stay the best we've ever had! The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable! The maid service was excellent, the rooms were always fresh and clean when we returned from our day trips! The room we stayed in faced the wooded area with a stream running through it and we saw deers and black squirrels! It was wonderful! There was a hot breakfast every morning with plenty of coffee to wake you up, they even had fresh coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day! We stayed 4 days and the hotel is centrally located so all of our day trips were amazing! It is late April but the spring had just started and everything was in full bloom! GEORGEOUS! If you make a trip to Manitou Springs Colorado we Highly Recommend staying at this Hotel!

The location was outstanding. We came for the incline and all Manitou Springs had to offer and it was right in the middle of it all. Parking was free and convenient. There was free hot breakfast. The beds were comfortable.
